Calhoun County police and traffic 7.18.24

The following police reports were filed between June 1 through June 30. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Calhoun County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The following individuals were charged with a felony:

Andrea J. McCoy, dob 5-20-1980, aggravated battery/peace officer, three charges of battery/makes physical contact, disorderly conduct.

Kenneth D. Watkins, dob 3-12-1986, possession of meth less than five grams, obstruction of justice/destroy evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license.

The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:

Cassandra M. Green, dob 1-06-1987, three charges of guardian allows child truancy.

Derric W. Green, dob 6-21-1990, three charges of guardian allows child truancy.

The following individuals were charged with a DUI/OUI:

Scott A. Hagen, dob 4-03-1991, driving under the influence of alcohol.

Brennan C. Rudolph, dob 4-30-1998, driving under the influence of alcohol – watercraft/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, driving under the influence of alcohol – watercraft, operating a boat without a lanyard cutoff.

The following individual was charged with domestic violence:

Alan A. Fields, dob 12-31-1981, domestic battery/bodily harm.

The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:

Zachary W. Powell, dob 11-26-1992, driving on a suspended license, driving 15-20 mph above limit.

The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:

Kevin Ray Howard, dob 4-03-1965, speeding.

Tracey Lynn LaMarsh, dob 8-23-1969, speeding.

Nathan B. Redman, dob 11-22-1988, speeding.

Simon A. Taylor, dob 9-25-2001, no valid insurance.

The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:

Charles D. Hunter, dob 4-03-1950, obstructing driver on highway.

Jamie M. Goble, dob 11-09-1973, driving 21-25 mph above limit.

Jessie M. Campos-Chacon, dob 2-08-1988, driving 11-14 mph above limit.

Jason Allan Williams, dob 2-17-1983, driving 15-20 mph above speed limit.

Sharon K. Musgrove, dob 7-03-1945, driving 21-25 mph above limit.

John A. Shortal, dob 8-01-1958, driving 21-25 mph above limit.

Elizabeth L. Herter, dob 1-24-1937, improper traffic lane usage.
