The following police reports were filed between July 5 and July 11, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Donny L. Holly, dob 8-12-1982, theft control intent between $500-$10K, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Roger P. McFarlane, dob 11-26-1988, violation of order of protection/prior violation, aiding/abetting/possession/sell stolen vehicle, possession of meth less than five grams, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 2nd.
Patrick K. Hartmann, dob 3-18-2004, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), unlawful possession of cannabis/driver.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Jeremy R. Campbell, dob 1-18-1981, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
Taylor L. Hunnicutt, dob 1-27-1995, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
James R. Powell Jr., dob 3-07-1956, criminal trespass to land.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Alexa M. Schofield, dob 7-16-1993, driving under the influence of drug, unlawful use of cannabis/driver, expiration of registration.
Victor M. Perez, dob 1-31-1976, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, driving under the influence of alcohol, not driving on the right side of road/driving left.
Kelsey R. Long, dob 10-18-1987, driving under the influence of a drug.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Robyn R. Miller, dob 9-25-1975, driving on a suspended license.
Matthew C. Beiermann, dob 9-20-2004, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Jakaar T. Jackson, dob 10-24-2005, unlawful use of cannabis/driver.
Lamar S. Rodez, dob 6-14-1979, unlawful use of cannabis/driver.
Rita A. Williams, dob 2-25-1970, driving on a suspended license.
Dakota G. Mullens, dob 5-16-2006, unlawful use of cannabis/driver, expiration of registration, operate uninsured motor vehicle, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Trayvon Johnson, dob 3-23-2004, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Katelynn E. Gibson, dob 2-02-2004, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Shubham Natvarlal Suthar, dob 11-11-1994, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Lillie M. Baugh, dob 11-06-1965, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Geavonna L. Conkrite, dob 10-08-2004, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Randy N. Tillery, dob 9-18-1955, failure to obey yield sign.
Saiprudhvi Devaskonda, dob 4-19-1993, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Robert W. Weed, dob 12-28-1974, squealing/screeching tires.
Eryka R. Gauntt, dob 1-12-1993, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Marcus O. Hawkins, dob 3-26-1991, child restraint violation/child under the age of eight.
Juan M. Figueroa-Arteaga, dob 12-10-2001, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Micah M. Smith, dob 8-30-2007, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Roger G. Cox II, dob 8-13-1982, failure to reduce speed.
Julie B. Kruse, dob 7-28-1970, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
