Reservations must be made by 12 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 217-942-6414. Whole wheat bread served daily except when noted with (*). 2% milk served daily. The menu may be subject to change based on product availability.
Friday, Aug. 16: Birthday Dinner–Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, tropical fruit, whole wheat bread, cake with frosting, milk.
Monday, Aug. 19: BBQ chicken on bun, oven roasted potatoes, spinach, fruit cocktail, milk.
Tuesday, Aug. 20: Beef stroganoff, whole wheat dinner roll, Brussel sprouts, peaches, milk.
Wednesday, Aug. 21: BBQ Johnny ribs, scalloped potatoes, baked beans, rosy applesauce, whole wheat bread, milk.
Thursday, Aug. 22: Chicken salad sandwich, whole wheat bread, good vegetable salad, macaroni salad, apricots, milk.
