The following police reports were filed between August 16 and August 22, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Eric C. Brueggeman, dob 3-04-1976, burglary without causing damage.
Lucas J. Mitchell, dob 8-22-1992, firearm/FOID invalid/not eligible, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon/person/loaded firearm, aggravated assault/use of a deadly weapon, driving on a suspended license.
Henry A. Scheferkort, dob 8-05-1964, eight charges of child pornography/possess photo/victim under the age of 13.
Jason E. Moxey, dob 10-16-1974, two charges of violate sex offender registry.
Anthony G. Talley, dob 4-14-1989, possession of meth less than five grams.
William J. Reilley, dob 1-30-1986, burglary, theft control intent between $500-$10K, criminal damage to property less than $500.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Brady M. Ingram, dob 8-27-2005, reckless conduct, reckless driving, squealing/screeching tires.
Talisha A. Mehrhoff, dob 2-07-1986, obstructing a peace officer, disorderly conduct.
Joshua A. Eschbach, dob 9-30-1997, reckless conduct, reckless driving, squealing/screeching tires.
Joshua M. Williams, dob 1-03-2001, reckless conduct, reckless driving, squealing/screeching tires, expiration of registration.
Jennifer R. Thornton, dob 7-03-1973, reckless conduct, reckless driving, squealing/screeching tires.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Judith N. Cook, dob 5-22-1996, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license, reckless driving.
Jeffery B. Foiles, dob 4-28-1957, driving under the influence of alcohol.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Leslie E.L. Rockwell, 1-25-1991, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Stephanie N. Charlton, dob 2-24-1983, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Austin H. Hart, dob 8-21-1996, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
