The following police reports were filed between August 16 and August 22, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Cody D. Arnett, dob 11-08-1984, receive/possess/sell stolen vehicle.
Aaron N. Rubio, dob 1-06-1974, retail theft/display merchandise greater than $300, criminal trespass to land.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Trevor A. Gettings, dob 11-14-2003, consumption of liquor/minor.
Samantha D. Graham, dob 5-04-1999, criminal damage to property less than $500, driving on a revoked license, disorderly conduct.
Joseph L. Miller, dob 11-05-1996, violate order of protection.
Glenn K.G. Wolfe, dob 9-13-2003, assault.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Emma Leeann Godar, dob 12-16-2002, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Richard E. Lafferty, dob 9-14-1966, driving on a revoked license.
Clinton E. Lefler, dob 7-23-1968, driving on a suspended license.
Randall D. Morris, dob 8-11-1951, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Tracey Diane Yewell, dob 4-20-1970, driving on a suspended license.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Han Jiang, dob 3-01-2001, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Emmilee E. Barnett, dob 3-30-1989, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Carlita M. Bornes, dob 7-16-1951, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Kerry J. Dooley, dob 4-01-1990, unlicensed.
Lily G. Livingston, dob 6-24-2002, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Gregory J. Magg, dob 6-10-1957, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Kelly Anne Mark, dob 11-30-1989, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
David F. Woolsey, dob 9-26-1956, failure to the right-of-way/intersection.
