The following police reports were filed between September 6 and September 12, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Ashley J. Fulmer, dob 11-04-1996, felony failure to return from furlough.
Andrew Scott Handler II, dob 2-17-1992, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Timothy A. Rodgers, dob 5-29-1985, possession of meth less than five grams.
Trey R. Tuey, dob 10-10-1994, felony possession/use weapon/firearm, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Crystal L. Hackethal, dob 6-02-1979, violate order of protection.
Terry J. Klockenkemper, dob 3-16-1953, cause circumstance/endanger child, disorderly conduct.
Quintin L. Sims, dob 8-22-2006, criminal damage to property less than $500.
The following individuals were charged with a conservation violation:
Zachary T. Jamison, dob 12-30-1989, waste/destroy usable meat.
Bryan Scott Johnson, dob 3-27-1967, violate traffic rule/state park.
Oliver Eli Kangas, dob 5-18-2003, noisy conditions.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Corey M. Cooper, dob 8-19-1981, driving on a suspended license, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Ashley J. Fulmer, dob 11-04-1996, driving on a suspended license.
Nolan T. Halcomb, dob 4-28-2005, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Dylan G. Murray, dob 12-16-2002, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Andrew M. Schmid, dob 9-13-1993, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Blake C. Booth, dob 9-03-1997, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Michael J. Eilerman, dob 8-27-1990, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Thomas Jonathan Foutz, dob 5-15-1980, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Lily Gail Livingston, dob 6-24-2002, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
James Earl Martin, dob 11-16-1984, operate uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed, improper traffic lane usage.
Ashley J. Pruitt, dob 6-06-1987, registration expiration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Dravin L. Shaw, dob 8-26-1997, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
