October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Don’t forget to get your Mammogram!
Veterans the Calhoun County Senior Center would like to honor Veterans Past & Present. So, find those dog tags and start practicing wearing them. If you have a deceased loved one, wear theirs. Cover the county in dog tags during the month of November.
Medicare Part D has had some changes for 2025. There will be a limit on the amount of money that Medicare D beneficiaries will have to pay for their Medications. For the year 2025 the amount is $2,000.00

Oct. 7: Amber Wright, FNP-BC, of Boyd Fillager Clinic, will be at the Senior Center to present a
Lunch and Learn on Women’s Health starting at 10 a.m. October is Breast Cancer Awareness and she will be discussing this.

Wednesday, Oct. 9: Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Broccoli & Cauliflower, Bread Pudding.
Thursday, Oct. 10: BBQ Riblet, California Blend Veggies, Harvard Beets, Applesauce.
