The following police reports were filed between October 11 and October 17, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Rachel A. Andrews, dob 4-23-1990, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), driving on a revoked license.
Kelly A. Bishop, dob 7-01-1968, theft/display merchandise less than $300/prior conviction.
Richard A. Hart, dob 6-01-1977, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on suspended license, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Gary A. Hodges Jr., dob 8-24-1967, two charges of aggravated battery/use deadly weapon, violate order of protection.
Anthony M. Stone, dob 2-09-1987, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 3rd.
Sylvia R. Wedding, dob 10-05-1983, possession of meth between 5-15 grams, theft/unauthorized control between $500-$10K.
Crystal M. Yost, dob 11-06-1984, unlawful possession of credit/debit card.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
William A. Belfield, dob 10-12-1990, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Carsen Thomas Baker, dob 3-21-2007, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Noah W. Bowen, dob 6-08-2001, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Joel A. Carlton, dob 11-26-1983, improper traffic lane usage.
Logan William Czaia, dob 5-09-2005, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Daniel Leon Gray, dob 9-25-2008, failure to the right-of-way/intersection.
Kaden Daniel Hodge, dob 4-08-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Tiffanny M.D. Keene, dob 8-07-1988, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Jacqueline Rene Rector, dob 5-04-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Megan J. Sayles, dob 2-12-1993, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Mark R. Theby, dob 1-02-1958, failure to obey yield sign.
