The Consolidated Election on Tuesday, April 1, has mostly uncontested races on the ballot in Calhoun County.
Mayoral and Village candidates are all running unopposed in Batchtown, Hamburg, Kampsville, Brussels and Hardin.
Bernard Mager is on the ballot for Village President of Batchtown, as is Emily Fortschneider for Brussels Village President and Dave Hurley for Hardin Village President. Steven Doerr is on the ballot for Mayor of Hamburg, and Amanda Johnson is on for Mayor of Kampsville.
Keith Klocke, Bruce Sievers and Vernon Stumpf are on the ballot for Batchtown Village Trustee with voters allowed to vote for no more than three candidates. Brandy Dole, Kirk Dole and Zachary Fry are on the ballot for Hamburg Village Trustee, voters are allowed to vote for no more than three. For Village of Kampsville Trustees Lisa Breden, Dennis Johnson and William Agney are all on the ballot with voters allowed to vote for no more than three. Kevin Kiel, Ron Pohlman and Antoinette Pohlman are all on the ballot for Village of Brussels Trustees with voters allowed to vote for no more than three.
Anthony Friedel, Robert E. Lee and Amanda Tepen are on the ballot for full four-year terms as Village of Hardin Trustees, with voters allowed to vote for no more than three, and John Matthew Haug is on for an unexpired two-year term for trustee.
The Lewis and Clark Community College District and John Wood Community College District each have four candidates on the ballot, with voters allowed to vote for no more than two for John Wood and no more than three for Lewis and Clark. R. Kent Snider, Andrew Sprague, Christopher Adam Holtschlag and Elizabeth Weas Cash are on the ballot for John Wood.
Tammy Smith-Williams, Abigail Eilerman, Donna Ware and George N. Ellis are on the ballot for trustees of the Lewis and Clark Community College District.
