Felonies
David A. Depper, dob 2-05-1986, was found guilty on charges of aggravated battery/public and aggravated assault/public property, one year conditional discharge, fine.
Duke Fox, n/a, will not prosecute on a charge of bad check greater than $150 or 2nd offense.
Shauna M. Gay, dob 9-10-1979, will not prosecute on a charges of bad check greater than $150 or 2nd offense and theft/labor/services/property.
Dennis R. Kraushaar, dob 3-12-1974, was found guilty on a charge of unlawful restraint, fine, six years in the Department of Corrections, three years mandatory supervised release (MSR); was also found guilty on a charge of meth delivery between 15-100 grams, $1,070 fine, eight years in the Department of Corrections, three years mandatory supervised release (MSR); charges of possession of meth less than five grams, domestic battery/other prior and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
