Dwayne O. Duckworth, dob 1-17-1968, will not prosecute on a charge of bad check/greater than $150 or 2nd offense.
Ronald D. Emerick, dob 8-23-1980, will not prosecute on a charge of bad check/greater than $150 or 2nd offense.
Joanna A.M. Hodgins, dob 1-29-1988, was guilty on a charge of possession of a stolen firearm, two year conditional discharge, fine.
Cory M. Hudson, dob 9-11-1979, a bond forfeiture/30 day notice was entered on two charges of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
