The following police reports were filed between April 25 and May 02, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Michelle L. Bick, dob 6-30-1968, theft lost/mislaid property greater than $500.
Robert A. Burney, dob 2-01-1983, criminal trespass to property.
Whitney L. Fox, dob 4-18-2006, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee, obstructing a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
Luke J. Smith, dob 12-29-1994, disorderly conduct.
Crystal D. Stierley, dob 6-06-1972, criminal trespass to land.
Howard B. Weed, dob 11-04-1967, criminal trespass to land.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Michael D. Smith, dob 3-05-1980, driving under the influence of any amount of drug, leave the scene, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individual was charged with conservation violation:
William E. Ritchey, dob 12-01-1995, abandon a wildlife carcass.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Javen Eugene Woolsey, dob 3-05-1982, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Tammy S. Roettgers, dob 303-1996, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Daniel Edward Juarez Slattery, dob 1-09-2004, driving on a suspended license, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Lokandhiah Krishna Thummala, dob 7-21-1999, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Robyn L. White, dob 6-06-1982, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:

Stefanie A. burger, dob 11-06-1991, driving 21-25 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.

Steven P. Friedel, dob 8-03-1988, electronic communications device.
Joni M. Gross, dob 4-29-1960, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Daniel L. Harper, dob 2-11-1960, no valid registration 1st and 2nd.
Jarrod Brian Hayes, dob 5-19-1988, improper left turn/on-coming traffic.
