Felonies
Scott R. Andrews, dob 11-27-1962, was found guilty on a charge of driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 3rd, one year Department of Corrections, 1 day credit for time served, fine; a charge of possession of meth less than five grams was dismissed.
Grant R. Becker, dob 4-16-1984, was found guilty on a charge of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), six months probation, fine; a charge of possession of hypodermic/syringes/needles/1st were dismissed.
Larry W. Dobbs, dob 1-29-1952, will not prosecute on charges of aggravated DUI/5 and driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9.
Brad A. Stokes, dob 3-25-1985, will not prosecute on a charge of violate sex offender registration.
Misdemeanors
Eldridge G. Cherry, dob 11-12-1992, will not prosecute on a charge of obstructing identification.
Stephen D. Gates, dob 3-20-1991, will not prosecute on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis less then 2.5 grams.
Troy Wiley, dob 11-07-1964, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was on a charge of retail theft/display merchandise less than $300, one year supervision, fine.
