Felonies
Cody D. Arnett, dob 11-08-1984, a charge of receive/possess/sell stolen vehicle was dismissed.
David M. Dunlap, dob 9-17-1977, was found guilty on charges of aggravated battery/great bodily harm and unlawful restraint, 48 months probation on both charges, $300 fine, revoke/vacate/probation on both charges; three years in the Department of Corrections on both charges, one year mandatory supervised release (MSR) on the battery charge, six months mandatory supervised release (MSR) on the unlawful restraint charge.
Bradley D. Hendrix, dob 3-13-1981, was found guilty on a charge of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), two years probation, fine, drug treatment, 10 hours public/community service; a charge of possession of hypodermic/syringe/needles/1st was dismissed.
Louis W. Hill, dob 7-02-1965, was found guilty on a charge of violate sex offender registry, two years conditional discharge, $300 fine.
Stephanie M. Meyer, dob 6-06-1983, two charges of meth delivery between 15-100 grams were dismissed.
Misdemeanors
Michelle L. Bick, dob 6-30-1968, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of theft lost/mislaid property less than $500, one year supervision, $300 fine.
Ian James Moss, dob 2-25-2004, was found guilty on a charge of consumption of liquor/minor, one year conditional discharge, fine, seven hours public/community service; a charge of electronic communications device was dismissed.
