The following police reports were filed between May 23 and 29, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
John C. Perkinson, dob 3-22-1981, felon possessing a weapon, possession of meth less than five grams, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 3rd, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nathan Walker Jr., dob 3-11-2000, violate sex offender registry.
Marc A. Wock, dob 1-21-1984, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Jeanne M. Bress, dob 7-14-1961, disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Megan E. Vaughn-Stephens, dob 6-10-2002, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Jeanne M. Bress, dob 7-14-1961, noisy conditions.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Cristian Morales Moreno, dob 5-12-2002, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Austin Dean Sutton, dob 3-07-2005, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Chloe Isabella Beemer, dob 5-13-2009, failure to yield/private road/drive.
Douglas I. Chukukere, dob 3-07-1991, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Kayla L. Davis, dob 9-27-1991, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Laseun A. Dixon, dob 11-28-1984, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Derrick J. Gibson, dob 4-10-1993, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Parker Thomas Macias, dob 6-03-2005, driving 15-20 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Haedon James Miller, dob 5-25-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Grant James Powers, dob 4-05-2007, squealing/screeching tires.
Nathan D. Scott, dob 8-18-1997, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver, failure to reduce speed.
Cody J. Simpson, dob 5-22-1991, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Michael D. Stuby, dob 4-12-1981, operate uninsured motor vehicle, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, unregistered/expired registration.
Marc Alan Wock, dob 1-21-1984, headlight/taillight/sidelight/1st and 2nd, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Glenn K. Wolfe, dob 9-12-2003, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
