Felonies
Katie M. Abbey, dob 8-21-1987, was found guilty on a charge of theft between $10K-$100K/school/worship, 30 months probation, fine; a charge of theft deception intent between $10K-$100K was amended/reduced.
Jason D. Bertoglio, dob 8-29-1972, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated battery/great bodily harm, 30 months conditional discharge, fine; a charge of battery/great bodily harm/victim over the age of 60 was amended/reduced.
Anthony K. Driver, dob 12-07-1990, was found guilty on a charge of theft control intent between $10K-$100K, 12 months probation, $120 fine; charges of residential burglary and aiding/abetting/possess/sell stolen vehicle were dismissed.
