The Abraham Lincoln Council, Scouting America is proud to announce that the Ace Sign Co. Family has been selected as the 2025 Trailblazer award recipient.
The Trailblazer Award was established in 2010 to recognize the area’s most distinguished citizens whose community dedication, hard work, and philanthropy have paved the way for youth to succeed and grow. The Trailblazer Dinner raises important funds to provide life-changing experiences to youth in Central Illinois.
With a strong sense of community and civic duty, The Ace Sign Co. family is a steadfast supporter of Central Illinois and its residents. From their humble beginnings in 1940, Ace Sign Co. has been more than just a sign company; They’re a Springfield, Illinois-based family business dedicated to both exceptional craftsmanship and unwavering community support. For over eight decades, they’ve poured their passion into crafting powerful visual identities for businesses and organizations, always striving for excellence in every project.
Their commitment to community runs deep. They’ve long valued the opportunity to work alongside and support organizations that build strong futures, like the Abraham Lincoln Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Their leaders, including Joe Bringuet and Dennis Bringuet, have always cherished the direct collaboration with Scout Leadership, finding immense satisfaction in contributing to programs that instill vital values in young people.
That same spirit continues today with Todd Bringuet, Scott Bringuet, and Cory Boatman.
They are passionate about carrying forward our legacy of community support, embodying the very values that define the Scouts: leadership, integrity, and dedication to service. At Ace Sign Co., we’re proud to help illuminate our community, one sign and one partnership at a time. We look forward to celebrating the Ace Sign Co. family and their impact at this year’s event.
The annual Trailblazer Dinner will be held Sept. 11, 2025, at Erin’s Pavilion in Southwind Park, Springfield. This year will also include a special remembrance for our 9/11 loved ones, their families as well as all those who continue to be affected. Over the years, the Trailblazer Dinner has raised more than $750,000 to support the Abraham Lincoln Council.
