The following police reports were filed between June 13 and 19, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Kayla G. Justice, dob 3-04-1988, violate order of protection/notice/prior violation of order of protection, theft control intent between $10K-$100K, criminal trespass to vehicles.
James William Carter Jr., dob 9-17-1994, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Benjamin T. Rice, dob 3-06-1981, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), possession of hypodermic/syringe/needles/1st.
David N. Lawson Jr., dob 1-05-1980, violate order of protection/prior violation of order of protection.
Rebecca L. Newingham, dob 11-22-1985, aggravated domestic battery.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Rondald E. Mielke, dob 5-30-1982, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee, disorderly conduct.
Kayla G. Justice, dob 3-04-1988, battery/cause bodily harm.
Quinten J. Allen, dob 12-15-2006, consumption of liquor/minor.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Chad A. Seastrand, dob 9-29-1981, driving under the influence of a drug, reckless driving, improper traffic lane usage, squealing/screeching tires, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Dustin L. Elmore, dob 1-29-1984, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Peyton R. Pherson, dob 4-11-1999, driving/never issued a license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Isabel C. Sease, dob 9-18-1973, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Keri D. Medus, dob 5-29-1973, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Kirk S. Baruxen, dob 12-01-1987, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Danica C. Scharfenberg, dob 12-12-2008, disregard official traffic-control device.
Anthony L. Watts, dob 6-28-1967, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Shannon T. Bartley, dob 1011-1973, crossing fire hose.
Dmarcus A. Robeen, dob 4-17-2009, disregard official traffic-control device.
John E. Bull Jr., dob 4-11-1984, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Amanda E. Ryan, dob 10-29-1990, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Whitney M. DeJaynes, dob 7-19-1986, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Brenda K. Hazel, dob 7-30-1961, child restraint violation/child under the age of eight.
Haresh Kanayalal Motwani, dob 4-15-1970, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Andrew F. Hill, dob 3-04-1989, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Mithcheldy Nonord, dob 12-20-1997, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Jeff A. Smith, dob 2-25-1986, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Kaden D. Kallal, dob 7-25-2008, disregard official traffic-control device.
Julio Perez Gomez, dob 3-23-1994, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
