The following police reports were filed between June 20 and June 26, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Richard E. Neff, dob 1-30-1979, aggravated battery/public place.
Dawn R. Fry, dob 2-21-1982, possession of meth less than five grams.
Granite B. Stockon, dob 2-11-2001, violation of order of protection/prior violation of an order of protection.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Hannah J. Thornton, dob 11-15-2004, domestic battery/physical contact.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Jordan B. Weber, dob 4-12-2008, reckless driving.
Dawn R. Fry, dob 2-21-1982, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
James Edward Travis, dob 3-20-1934, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Adam J. Sexton, dob 6-19-2008, reckless driving.
Bethany L. McCoy, dob 11-03-2004, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Adonis D. Willis, dob 3-10-1993, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
David L. Rexroat, dob 3-04-1960, seat belt required/driver.
Michelle R. Newingham, dob 10-07-2005, seat belt required/driver.
Quinn L. Spray, 4-14-1942, seat belt required/driver.
Heavyn L. Beams, dob 7-23-2007, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
August P. Squier, dob 10-12-2004, seat belt required/driver.
Lloyd E. Leonard, dob 2-03-1937, seat belt required/driver.
Steven E. Newingham, dob 6-06-1966, seat belt required/driver.
Beth A. Springer, dob 4-20-1980, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Douglas J. Godar, dob 1-02-1985, seat belt required/driver.
Elizabeth A. Humerickhouse, dob 2-10-1962, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Daniel A. Brooks, dob 1-25-1990, unlicensed, seat belt required/driver.
Tracer D. Mowen, dob 9-30-2005, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Justin C. Littleton, dob 1-29-1985, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
