The following police reports were filed between June 20 and June 26, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Jesse E. Hale, dob 12-07-1983, possession of meth between 5-15 grams, possession hypodermic/syringe/needles/2nd.
David G. Stone, dob 12-21-1986, two charges of retail theft/display merchandise/less than $300.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Destiny S.T. Blackorby, dob 1-11-2000, guardian allows child truancy.
Kenna R. Busch, dob 2-24-1989, guardian allows child truancy.
Wayne D.L. Casey II, dob 7-30-1995, guardian allows child truancy.
Andrew C. Craigmiles, dob 3-14-1988, theft/unauthorized control/less than $500.
William H. Guyer III, dob 4-25-1989, guardian allows child truancy.
Albert T. Ivory, dob 10-16-1976, retail theft/shop cart/less than $300, criminal trespass to land.
Ashley F. Surratt, dob 11-16-1992, two charges of guardian allows child truancy.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Jason W. Beiermann, dob 1-27-1973, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Garrett M. Brewer, dob 8-15-2005, canning.
Dylan J. Brown, dob 3-05-2004, canning.
Jacob Gundlach, dob n/a, junk/trash/refuse.
Russ Hamilton, dob n/a, unlicensed/inoperable vehicle.
Rita Palmer, dob n/a, unlicensed inoperable vehicle.
Misty Powers, dob n/a, junk/trash/refuse.
Cindy Thurm, dob n/a, junk/trash/refuse.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Christopher M. Armstrong, dob 4-03-1997, leaving the scene, registration expiration/1st and 2nd, headlight/taillight/sidelight/1st and 2nd.

Isaac H. Dancy, dob 2-27-1997, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Precious M. Everett, dob 11-04-1995, driving on a revoked license.
Tyler Boyd Manos, dob 4-08-2005, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Drake Allen Rose, dob 2-13-2006, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Jeff Scales, dob 10-03-1958, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Adam S. Cummings, dob 10-30-2007, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Jonathan R. Ebling, dob 1-28-1986, driving 21-25 mph above limit, expiration of registration.
Loryn Marie Harbers, dob 2-15-2000, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Cody W. Pickel, dob 10-08-1999, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Willow C. Simmons, dob 10-20-1999, disregard stop sign.
Jillian Mae Smith, dob 11-16-2005, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Austin Michael Steward, dob 1-08-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
