The following police reports were filed between June 27 and July 10, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
June 27 and July 03, 2025
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Christopher M. Armstrong, dob 4-03-1997, two charges of criminal damage to property between $500-$10K.
Kaeleb D. Austin, dob 12-04-1998, home invasion/cause injury, aggravated battery/peace officer, criminal damage to property less than $500, two charges battery/cause bodily harm.
Matthew R. Berry, dob 3-01-1989, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), leaving the scene.
Rickey E. Callahan, dob 10-13-1975, felony possession of a weapon.
Andrew C. Craigmiles, dob 3-14-1988, theft/control less than $500/prior.
Justin C. Littleton, dob 1-29-1985, aggravated battery/strangle, aggravated domestic battery/strangle.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Justin W. Kirby, dob 2-18-1979, three charges of violation order of protection.
Ryan S. Willis, dob 7-11-1986, two charges of violate order of protection.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Lyndsay Marie Stiff, dob 11-18-1985, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Scott Blasa, dob n/a, junk, trash, refuse.
John Dickerman, dob n/a, unlicensed/inoperable vehicle cruze.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Matthew G. Rea, dob 6-25-1973, driving on a suspended license, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Jamialynn M. Schanuth, dob 10-18-1997, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Olivia Louise Beightel, dob 6-11-1993, failure to reduce speed.
Candace D. Bell, 10-19-1974, registration expiration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Rickey E. Callahan, dob 10-13-1975, violate license classification 1st and 2nd division, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Marshall C. Dammer, dob 4-27-2009, operate uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed, drive/operate non-highway vehicle/all terrain vehicle.
Stacie N. Esparza, dob 2-17-1998, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Calvin L. Heath, dob 5-09-2001, unlicensed, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Shonyale M. Overstreet, dob 10-17-1993, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Rachel A. Simmons, dob 1-25-1982, operate uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed.
Edward Wayne Unsell, dob 6-07-1951, operate uninsured motor vehicle.

The following individual was charged with a felony:
Benny E. Fish Jr., dob 9-01-1974, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 3rd, aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Teresa S. Reynolds, dob 6-05-1977, theft/unauthorized control less than $500.
Chance K. Sneddon, dob 8-29-2005, resisting peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee, cause circumstance/endangering a child.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Keegan J. Grace, dob 12-19-1990, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence blood alcohol concentration 0.08.
Caleb R. Smith, dob 8-29-2005, driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
James F. Crowe, dob 8-04-1962, domestic battery/physical contact.
The following individual was charged with an conservation violation:
Jack D. Dos Santos, dob 7-13-2005, fire extinguisher/required/placement.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Cody A. Anders, dob 9-06-1985, driving on a suspended license, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Ronnie D. Rhines, dob 2-21-1997, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Sade L. Strickland, dob 1-28-1990, driving on a suspended license, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
