Search warrant nets six for drug offenses

White Hall Police officers, along with other county agencies, executed a search warrant on a home in the 200 block of North Carr, resulting in the arrest of six individuals for drug related offenses.
According to a report from the White Hall Police Department, White Hall officers received reliable information regarding the presence of illegal drugs in the residence on North Carr St.
“On July 11, officers detained multiple individuals inside the home and conducted a search,” White Hall Police Chief Kyle Coultas said. “This search resulted in the seizure of suspected methamphetamine, fentanyl and other drug related contraband.”
Those arrested and their charges leveled at this time are:
■ John F. Kessinger, 53, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor).
■ Daniel L. Kessinger, 37, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class 4 Felony), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Hypodermic Needles (Class A. Misdemeanor).
■ Ashley B. Seymoure, 36, Possession of Methamphetamine (Class 3 Felony).
■ Miranda N. Davidson, 33, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
■ Christopher R. Wallace, 38, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
■ Benjamin T. Rice, 44, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
All six individuals were transported to Carrollton and booked into the Greene County Jail. They were subsequently released with court dates pursuant to the Illinois SAFE-T Act.
