Thomas Allen
Cass Communications Management, Inc. has announced that Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Thomas D. Allen will be retiring on August 31. Allen also serves as COO for Cass Cable TV, Inc. and Cass Telephone Company. He will remain on the Board of Directors for all companies.
Allen joined what has become known as CASSCOMM after graduating from Arizona State University in 1979. During his career he has held numerous positions which culminated in his becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2008.
Industry veteran Chad M. Winters will succeed Allen as COO. Winters has been with CASSCOMM since 2002. He currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Illinois Broadband & Cable Association plus numerous local and regional boards.
Based in Virginia IL, CASSCOMM has offered high quality services to its customers since 1898. It is a family-owned business, providing services for over a hundred and twenty five years.
