The following police reports were filed between August 15, 2025 and August 21, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Christopher R. Wallace, dob 7-14-1986, meth delivery less than five grams, other amount of narcotic schedule I & II, possession of meth less than five grams.
Daniel L. Kessinger, dob 12-10-1987, possession of meth between 15-100 grams, two charges of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), possession of meth less than five grams, possession of hypodermic/syringes/needles/1st., possession of drug paraphernalia.
Matthew G. Dubois, dob 5-27-1999, criminal damage to property between $500-$10K.
James William Carter Jr., dob 9-17-1994, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Clarence F. Smith, dob n/a, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Aldo J. Orozco Ochoa, dob 3-08-1998, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Lanita M. Frederick, dob 7-19-1982, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Phillip E. Kirchner, dob 9-22-1973, driving on a suspended license.
Jimmy J. Crain, dob 2-26-1960, unlawful use of cannabis/driver.
William J. Jacinto, dob 7-29-1989, driving on a revoked license.
Keith T. Stone, dob 6-03-1989, unlawful possession of cannabis/driver, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver, registration expiration/1st and 2nd, failure to reduce speed, improper traffic lane usage, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a ordinance violation:
Joshua T. McClure, dob 4-16-2002, two charges of dog running at large.
Donald E. Cox, dob 10-23-1970, unlawful growth of weeds.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Julia Grace Zoellner, dob 12-29-2005, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Michael E. Newingham, dob 5-01-1980, electronic communication device.
Avoreyanna L. Estler, dob 11-01-2008, disregard stop sign.
Joshua T. McClure, dob 4-16-2002, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Kenyon L. Lorton, dob 3-03-1965, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Terry P Gibson, dob 8-20-1990, seat belt required/passenger.
Dahsanee Shelby, dob 8-20-2004, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
