The Calhoun Warriors took down the Triopia Trojans last week, 42-0, to start off the IHSA football season. Jake Brannan and Will Lorton each scored in the first half and with three good kicks from Jack Goode the Warriors took a 21 lead in the first half of the game. Lorton scored on 83-yard kickoff and a reception for Earl Elmore in the third quarter, while Goode scored on a 30-yard, and three more good kicks from Goode gave the Warriors 21 points for their 42-0 win.
