On Saturday, Oct. 25, the James J. Eldred Historic Site, located in the town of Eldred, Illinois, is hosting its 4th annual Halloween Ghost Hunt. This night of history and paranormal takes place at one of Greene County’s original haunted treasures. Tickets provide an approximate two hour paranormal tour of four key areas in this historic home:
In the parlor learn the fascinating history of the Eldred House and the family who built it, including stories of hardship, resilience, and enduring mystery.
■ In the office join Medium Rose Fulhorst for a group session that may connect you with energies from beyond.
■ In the basement, get hands-on with ghost-hunting tools alongside the experts from Riverbend Paranormal.
■ In the second floor nursery participate in an EVP session with a seasoned ghost hunter—will the spirits speak?
