On Saturday, Aug. 9, at approximately 5:38 p.m., the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a Disturbance in Progress occurring in the 3100 block of Blue Ridge Road, Hardin, Calhoun County, Illinois.
Deputies from the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office immediately responded to the residence and conducted interviews and an investigation.
Subsequently, Micah J Hamilton aged 44, of Batchtown, Illinois was arrested for the following offenses:
■ Home Invasion / Cause Injury,
■ Domestic Battery / Bodily Harm,
■ Domestic Battery / Physical Contact,
■ Criminal Damage to Property (Two Counts).
Hamilton was arrested without incident and transported to the Greene County Jail.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
