The following police reports were filed between August 29 and September 4, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:

Bradley P. McNatt, dob 9-18-1982, possession of meth less than five grams.
Ciara R. Young, dob 4-20-1993, residential burglary, burglary.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Ezra O. Hauser, dob 7-18-1997, violation of order after served notice.
Robert W. Reed, dob 10-26-1981, criminal trespass to land.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Lisa Ann Heob, dob 11-11-1967, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, disregard official traffic-control device, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
Justin M. Laird, dob 11-22-2005, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, driving on a suspended license.
Carissa Luanne Prigmore, dob 9-10-1976, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed, improper traffic lane usage, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:

The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Collin D. Crawford, dob 12-04-1996, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, seat belt required/driver.
Gage B. Depew, dob 11-05-2003, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Miguel Dominque Reynolds, dob 3-20-1999, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.

Emiliano I. Sanchez Labra, dob 12-12-2001, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Shawn L. Schroeder, dob 2-16-1978, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Terrich T. Smith, dob 10-17-1985, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
