The following police reports were filed between September 5 and September 11, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Victor M. Rubert Lozada, dob 11-13-2006, speeding 35+ mph over limit.

Terry A. Buchanan, dob 11-05-1942, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
John T. Duncan, dob 10-23-1961, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Carrie M. Everett, dob 2-07-1995, electronic communications device.
Tyler A. Farris, dob 6-13-2000, electronic communications device.
Adam C. Fuhler, dob 1-27-1990, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Cody W. Hanneken, dob 12-29-1992., driving 11-14 mph above limit.
David Nape-Memechi, dob 2-16-1989, electronic communications device.
