Felonies
Lucas A. Brown, dob 5-13-1992, charges of reckless discharge of a firearm/endangers and aggravated assault discharge firearm were dismissed.
Tammy L. Everts, dob 12-09-1970, was found guilty on a charge possession of meth less than five grams, two year conditional discharge, $300 fine.
Trevor Alan Gettings, dob 11-14-2003, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated battery/victim over the age of 60, 24 months probation, fine; a charge of domestic battery/bodily harm was dismissed.
