The following criminal cases were resolved in Scott County Circuit Court in September of 2025:
Ashley D Rees – plead guilty to Reckless Driving and was ordered to pay fine and costs of $1,307.
Cold G Birdsell – plead guilty to speeding, ordered to pay fine and costs of $33250 and placed on court supervision.
Stacy L Bryant – plead guilty to speeding, ordered to pay to fine and costs of $164.
Daniel P Gregory – plead guilty to speeding, ordered to pay fine and costs of $164.
Matthew Lee Laird – plead guilty to speeding, ordered to pay fine and costs of $332. and placed on court supervision
James Gaines – plead guilty to theft, was placed on two years probation and ordered to pay fine plus costs of $2,1510 and restitution in the amount of $3,181.
Donald R Gauges, Jr – plead guilty to disorderly conduct, was sentenced to six days in jail; placed on six months conditional discharge; and, ordered to pay costs of $439.
Oluwadamilare E Ojo – plead guilty to speeding, ordered to pay fine and costs of $332 and placed on court supervision
Priscila Janer – plead guilty to speeding, placed on 12 months supervision and ordered to pay fine and costs of $2,827.
Aaron Holman – plead guilty to squealing tires and ordered to pay fine and costs of $164.
Kyli Schofield – plead guilty to leaving the scene of an accident, sentenced to four days in jail and ordered to pay costs of $327.
Justin P Ingram – plead guilty to driving while license suspended, was placed on six months court supervision and ordered to pay fine plus costs of $827.
Jeramy R Neathery – plead guilty to driving while license suspended, was placed on six months court supervision and ordered to pay $827. fine plus costs
Mardy Kay Newingham – plead guilty to driving while license suspended, was placed on six months court supervision and ordered to pay $827. fine plus costs
Joseph Engelbrecht – plead guilty to operating uninsured motor vehicle and was ordered to pay fine plus costs of $352.
