Linda Petterson, Safe Food Specialist, spent last week with students in JCHS Nutrition & Culinary Arts classes, educating them on safe food practices. At the end of the week, all 87 students had the opportunity to take the Food Handlers Certification Exam. A credential that allows students to be immediately employable in the food service industry.
