The following police reports were filed between October 23 and October 30, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Mitch Diestelhorst, dob n/a, aggravated battery/child under the age of 13/bodily harm.
Ashley J. Fulmer, dob 11-04-1996, theft control intent between $500-$10K.
Jaden B. Noble, dob 1-03-2000, possession of cannabis between 100-500 grams/1st.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Debra A. Ramirez, dob 8-11-1969, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Gage B. Depew, dob 11-05-2003, negligent driving.
Mohamed Eid, dob 3-29-1976, negligent driving.
Laci Marie Whitley, dob 10-15-1987, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Chase A. Hill, dob 7-07-2004, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Jeremy William Scott, dob 6-16-1986, driving on a revoked license.
Jacob Michael Thery, dob 6-18-2002, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Sheneca D. Watson, dob 4-05-1978, driving on a suspended license.
Morgan Riley Wendle, dob 5-122003, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Zoey Jean Barnett, dob 8-262008, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Krista M. Daiker, dob 7-16-2006, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Judah D. Dav enport, dob 3-11-2001, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Marvin H. Frazier, dob 8-17-1933, improper left turn/on-coming traffic.
Hayden Mathew Gentry, dob 1-02-2009, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Jackson B. Hansen dob 7-11-2001, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Sarah J. Schmidt, dob 6-13-1985, electronic communication device.
Evan T. Seaton, dob 5-13-1987, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Mary Leann Elizabeth Simpson, dob 5-31-1988, operate uninsured motor vehicle, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Joseph A. Vogel, dob 5-15-2001, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Tyler A. Wallace, dob 7-14-1986, violate license classification 1st and 2nd division.
Addison N. Wieckhorst, dob 10-03-2007, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Blake Samuel Witt, dob 9-23-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
