Peoples Bank & Trust recognizes Earlene Castleberry as White Hall Branch Volunteer of the Quarter

Peoples Bank & Trust is proud to announce Earlene Castleberry as the White Hall branch Volunteer of the Quarter for her extensive involvement in numerous community organizations throughout Greene County including her efforts with the North Greene Area Food Pantry.

This quarter, we proudly recognize Earlene Castleberry as our Volunteer of the Quarter for the White Hall community.”
Born in White Hall and raised on a farm just west of Roodhouse, Earlene’s roots run deep in Greene County soil. Her dedication to her neighbors and community is well known—and if you know Earlene, you know she’s always the first to step up and lend a hand. Her community involvement includes:
Five years on the County Board, where she is proudly serving as Chairwoman this year
Leading and supporting numerous Veteran’s Memorial fundraisers
Years of service at the Food Pantry, now also serving as Treasurer / Secretary
Active support of the Pinetree Cemetery Benefit
Member of the county-wide fiber internet project team, helping improve access and opportunities for all
Plus countless other projects she quietly and wholeheartedly champions.
In honor of Earlene’s dedication, Peoples Bank & Trust is making a $250 donation to the North Greene Area Food Pantry, in her name. In addition, Earlene’s name will be added to a plaque on display at the bank, recognizing past volunteers.
