The following criminal cases were resolved in Scott County Circuit Court during October, 2025.
Ricky Long, pleaded guilty to speeding and ordered to pay fines and costs of $382.
Andrew Armstrong, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery and was ordered to pay fines and costs of, $1,649.
Dawn Mudd, pleaded guilty to faulty equipment and was ordered to pay $532.
Allen L. Buhlig, pleaded guilty to no insurance and no valid registration was ordered to pay fines and costs of $770.
Tasha Morton, pleaded guilty to no insurance and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $306.
Roxana D. Arauz, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene and no valid license and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $827.
Andrea Hazelrigg, pleadeded guilty to theft and was sentenced to one year conditional discharge and to pay $1,049 in fines and costs.
Sondra Evans, pleadeded guilty to sale,gift or delivery of alcohol to a person under 12. She was placed on six months supervision and ordered to pay fines and costs of $539.
Tiffany Lacy, pleadeded guilty to sale,gift or delivery of alcohol to a person under 12. She was placed on six months supervision and ordered to pay fines and costs of $539.
Helen Lemons, pleadeded guilty to sale,gift or delivery of alcohol to a person under 12. She was placed on six months supervision and ordered to pay fines and costs of $539.
David R. Moore, pleadeded guilty to sale,gift or delivery of alcohol to a person under 12. She was placed on six months supervision and ordered to pay fines and costs of $539.
Rusty Tedrow, pleadeded guilty to reckless driving and placed on 12 months court supervision and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $827.
Madison Thomas-Reardon, admitted to the petition to revoke probation and was sentenced to 40 days in jail. All original fines and costs are re-imposed in the amount of $2,835.
Joseph Willoughby, was found guilty of driving while license suspended and placed on 12 months court supervision and ordered to pay fines and costs of $2,827.
Brandon Ford, pleadeded guilty to violation of an order of protection and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, six months conditional discharge and ordered to pay costs of $439.
