Carrollton’s newest restaurant, the Breakfast Barn, located just down from the Carrollton Square North Main St., is the proud recipient of the Carrollton Lions Club Hometown Pride award. The Breakfast Barn is owned by Gabriele Hart and Gwyneth Solari and opened for business on Aug. 30. The couple totally remodeled, from top to bottom, the former location of Sol Mexican Restaurant. Their newest addition is the addition of Grab and Go breakfast, ready by 6 a.m. This includes ready-made breakfast sandwiches, burritos, biscuits and gravy and barn dogs. At present, they are also the drop off location for food items for the Full Gospel Church in Nebo. Left to right: Albert Roth, Sam Cox, Gabriele Hart, Gwyneth Solari and John Quandt.
