The following police reports were filed between October 1 through October 31, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Calhoun County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Ashley Fummer, dob 11-04-1996, forgery/make/alter document, 2 charges of bad checks/obtain control of property, driving on a revoked license.
Tyler Buckingham, dob 7-19-2001, adulterate synthetic or human substances with the intent of defrauding a drug or alcohol screening test.
Gena F. Wilson, dob 10-018-1990, 2 charges of adulterate synthetic or human substances with the intent of defrauding a drug or alcohol screening test.
Megan. S. Longendyke, dob 6-07-1977, theft control intent between 10K-100K, forgery/make/alter document.
Heidi K. Doyle, dob 12-21-1972, aggravated battery/public place, aggravated battery/child under the age of 13/bodily harm.
David A. Depper, dob 2-05-1986, failure to report change of address/employment, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Jennifer N. Barker, dob 6-15-1980, phone harassment/no conversation.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Edward E. Welch, dob 5-20-1983, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked license.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:

Charles E. Payne, dob 6-22-1932, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Christopher K. McGee, dob 3-21-1991, driving 1-10 mph above limit.
Scott E. Williams, dob 4-16-1954, driving 1-10 mph above limit.
Dustin Cranmer, dob 3-23-1981, improper traffic lane usage.
