The following police reports were filed between December 05 and December 11, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Albert Alan Pace, dob 1-13-1964, meth delivery between 15-100 grams.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Shayne R. Hill, dob 5-19-1988, battery/cause bodily harm.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Victor M. Rubert Lozada, dob 11-13-2006, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
William A. Noe, dob 12-11-1987, driving on a revoked license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Austin G. Turner, dob 5-15-2002, driving on a revoked license.
William P. Conway, dob 9-07-1969, driving on a revoked license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Toni L. Hill, dob 7-19-1959, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Donald H. Klaas, dob 7-16-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Brandon P. Lovet, dob 12-20-1986, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
