The following police reports were filed between December 12 and December 18, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
William P. Conway, dob 9-07-1969, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9.
Timothy A. Dunse, dob 1-16-1972, aggravated domestic battery/strangle.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Dorothy M. King, dob 2-10-1960, improper use of registration/title.
Jacob M. Thery, dob 6-18-2002, driving on a suspended license, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
James T. Admire, dob 12-14-1980, failure to reduce speed.
Jeremy P. Arnold, dob 11-09-1977, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Joshua S. Brunaugh, dob 9-2-1978, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Kenna R. Busch dob 2-24-1989, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Cheyenne L. Contreras, dob 7-27-1993, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Daniel Lee Drainer, dob 8-19-1979, seat belt required/driver.
Jordan K. Flynn, dob 3-03-1991, seat belt required/driver.
Elizabeth Louise Fry, dob 6-30-1989, seat belt required/driver.
Donald A. Maness, dob 9-18-1958, seat belt required/driver.
Devin Michael Montgomery, dob 4-22-1997, seat belt required/driver.
Levi J. Newman, dob 10-02-1995, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Harry Frank Presley, dob 11-16-1983, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Kelly Ann Roth, dob 5-30-1981, seat belt required/driver.
Samuel F. Saucier, dob 11-03-1993, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Barry J. Staples, dob 5-14-1976, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Joseph D. Wood, dob 12-04-1972, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
