The Madison County Republicans kicked off the holiday season with generosity and purpose, launching a baby supply drive in support of ThriVe Metro East Community / Vitality Women’s Clinic during their Christmas Party held at The Outlet by Edison’s in Edwardsville.
The Christmas Party welcomed a full house of attendees and marked the official start of the fundraiser, as guests came together to donate much-needed baby supplies for local women and families. The energy and generosity from the evening carried forward, allowing the drive to continue through December 21 at a second community drop-off location.
Following the kickoff event, donations were collected at Bert’s Chuck Wagon, located at 101 E. Main Street, Collinsville, IL 62234, thanks to the restaurant’s generous support. The Madison County Republicans extend special thanks to Bert’s Chuck Wagon for hosting the donation box and encouraging continued community involvement.
Jennifer Korte, Vice-Chairwoman of Madison County Republicans, shared her appreciation for the overwhelming response: “I am truly grateful for how everyone came together — from the kickoff at our Christmas Party to the continued support throughout the drive,” said Korte. “This effort shows what’s possible when our community unites to create real, local impact for families who need it most.”
The Madison County Republicans are proud of the collaboration and generosity shown throughout the fundraiser and remain committed to supporting ThriVe Metro East / Vitality Women’s Clinic and the life-affirming work they do in the community.
As ThriVe Metro East looks ahead to the new year, the organization is preparing for an exciting next chapter. In 2026, ThriVe will rebrand as Vitality Women’s Clinic, reflecting an expanded vision to provide life-affirming medical services, compassionate care, and strengthened community partnerships for women and families throughout the Metro East region. While the name is evolving, the mission remains unchanged — to support, empower, and serve women with dignity, hope, and practical resources when they need it most.
