The following police reports were filed between January 09 and January 15, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:

Lee R. Burnett, dob 7-06-1992, theft/stolen/intent between $500-$10K.
Daniel L. Kessinger, dob 12-10-1987, possession of meth between 15-100 grams, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Barry J. Stone, dob n/a, bad check/obtain control of property less than $150.
Leigh A. Burnett, dob 12-23-1981, theft/stolen/intent between $500-$10K.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Michael W. McWhorter, dob 2-11-2005, consumption of liquor/minor.
Stacey L. McClure, dob 2-21-1995, contributing criminal delinquency of a minor/cl.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Charles E. Snyder, dob 5-15-1956, driving under the influence of alcohol.

Michelle L. Gilmore, dob 4-26-1971, improper use of registration/title, driving 11-14 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:

Lillie L. Deskovich, dob 8-07-2008, driving 15-20 mph above limit, disregard stop sign.
Kayla R. Killday, dob 12-08-1991, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Alexis K. Lomelino, dob 9-24-1993, driving 15-20 mph above limit.

Jacob R. LaMarsh, dob 8-12-2005, driving 21-25 mph above limit.

Evan T. Seaton, dob 5-13-1987, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Tyler E. Gilbert, dob 3-01-2004, driving 11-14 mph above limit.

Yared M. Ruiz-Medina, dob 1-12-2000, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Destiny F. Prichard, dob 1-29-1999, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
David M. Shipley, dob 7-30-1973, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
