The following police reports were filed between January 9 and January 15, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Coulton E. Faulstich, dob 8-14-2003, possession of meth less than 5 grams, aggravated upw/vehicle/loaded firearm, aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked license.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Tyler D. Lockhart, dob 10-27-1994, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee, criminal damage to property less than $500, disorderly conduct/window peeping, criminal trespass to building.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Kyle A. Bollinger, dob 6-26-1989, domestic battery/bodily harm, battery/cause bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a ordinance violation:
Kaitlyn M. Davenport, dob 11-04-1991, negligent driving.
Denise Michelle Hooks-James, dob 1-30-1974, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Matthew G. Augenbaush, dob 11-18-1986, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Tiffany C. Burries, dob 8-28-1988, speeding 26-34 m ph over limit.
Tina M. Cox, dob 1-29-1966, cancelled/revoked/suspended registration/il, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Coulton E. Faulstich, dob 8-14-2003, driving on a revoked license, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Taylor M. Brazel, dob 10-26-1994, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Johnathan A. Bushnell, dob 8-11-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Seren I. Davenport, dob 8-26-2007, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Stephanie N. Deneef, dob 7-28-1986, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Michael J. Eilerman, dob 8-27-1990, operate uninsured motor vehicle, expiration of registration.
Bryant J. Henderson, dob 7-15-2008, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Andrew S. Simmons, dob 2-07-2003, improper overtaking on right/drove off roadway.
