The following police reports were filed between January 23 and January 29, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Marsha Lott, dob 10-29-1959, dangerous/unsightly structure.
Jonathan D. Lucas, dob 1-16-1966, no seat belt – driver.
Kaidence K. Reef, dob 6-25-2007, negligent driving.
Corey Westfall, dob 2-18-1981, unlicensed/inoperable vehicles.
Jennifer Wilkinson, dob 5-19-1976, junk, trash, refuse, vehicles.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
James L. Johnson, dob 8-18-1973, driving on a suspended license.
Tonya M. Manninger, dob 9-16-1978, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Jason D. Boren, dob 5-10-1973, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Wade H. Goetten, dob 3-27-2006, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Malakai C. Kallal, dob 10-30-2007, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Chelsea F. Lemons, dob 9-04-1993, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Christine Mittelstadt, dob 5-23-1969, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Bradley S. Peters, dob 6-25-1993, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Ambri L. Schieferle, dob 5-03-2005, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Ashley R. Winters, dob 4-26-1986, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
