The following police reports were filed between January 30 and February 29, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Ronald E. Green, dob 11-15-1992, aggravated battery/peace officer, criminal trespass to building.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Trenton J. Wallace, dob 9-24-2004, electronic harassment/disrupt service.
Luke R. Wittman, dob 11-26-2000, reckless conduct.
The following individuals were charged with domestic violence:
Charles Ira Goodwin, dob 9-30-1970, domestic battery/bodily harm.
Samantha J. Hendy, dob 3-10-1974, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Olivia R. Forbes, dob 9-28-2004, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Kloey L. Anderson, dob 6-18-2005, improper use registration/title.
Andrew W. Baze, dob 7-12-1989, driving on a suspended license.
Logan W. Czaia, dob 5-09-2005, leaving the scene.
Philip C. Lucido, dob 3-12-1971, driving on a suspended license.
Karlee J. Poore, dob 4-17-1992, leaving the scene, failure to obey yield sign.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Michael D. Bishop, dob 7-21-1992, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Shayne R. Crewdson, dob 5-19-1988, unlicensed.
Kira L. Denton, dob 11-27-2006, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Jacob C. Esparza, dob 12-22-1995, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Jasmine N. Louvier, dob 7-27-1992, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Allyson L. Manns, dob 65-18-1997, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Haley M. Mellenthin, dob 6-17-1997, driving 15-20 mph above limit., disregard stop sign.
Inga D. Walker, dob 11-21-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
