The following police reports were filed between February 27 and March 05, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Cody A. Crabtree, dob 12-14-2001, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Joshua E. Kopp, dob 8-09-1988, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Shonchraz M. Leavy, dob 12-20-1997, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D)..
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Jason D. Bertoglio, dob 8-29-1972, criminal damage to property less than $500, theft control intent less than $500, criminal trespass to land.
Robert L. Culp, dob 12-21-1951, disorderly conduct.
Austin J. Neudecker, dob 5-01-1997, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
Timothy J. Record, dob 4-10-1995, disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Michael S. Bloemker, dob 6-06-1974, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Steven L. Richards, dob 10-01-1990, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Mary J. Guccione, dob 7-01-1985, driving on a revoked license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Emin Alimi, dob 12-02-1958, improper traffic lane usage.
Ashlyn B. Darr, dob 1-27-2004, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
Andrew Gabby, dob 6-30-1985, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Lance A. McClintock, dob 9-23-1988, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jamie N. Wedding, dob 1-06-1982, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
Kimber E. Wondolofski, dob 1-17-1999, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
