Felonies
Katherine E. Alexander, dob 1-01-1979, will not prosecute on a charge of driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 3rd.
Haley E. Andrew, dob 7-03-1986, was found guilty on a charge of theft/unauthorized control between $10K-$100K.
Kenna E. Busch, dob 2-241989, a withheld judgement/646/70 disposition was entered on a charge of possession of meth less than 5 grams, 24 months probation/special conditions, $300 fine, drug treatment; charges of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), operate uninsured motor vehicle and improper traffic lane usage were all dismissed.
