The eighth grade St. John’s Lady Redbirds volleyball team are back to back State champions after defeating Ottawa-Marquette Saturday afternoon in the Championship game 25-23, 25-12 at Wenona Fieldcrest. The Lady Redbirds ended the season with a 23-1 record. Last year, they defeated Lincoln West Lincoln-Broadwell 25-20, 25-20 to claim the championship.
