The following police reports were filed between April 03 and April 09, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Gary L. Ontis, dob 5-12-1974, possession of meth between 5-15 grams, driving on a revoked license.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Wayne A. Dunlap Jr., dob 10-02-1975, criminal trespass to land.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Christine M. Bosaw, dob 12-09-1989, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Daniel L. Lane, dob 12-25-1968, cancelled/revoked/suspended registration/il, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Whitney L. Fox, dob 4-18-2006, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Russell B. Hamilton III, dob 5-02-1963, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Darius J. Holiday, dob 7-24-2007, disregard stop sign.
Emma J. Norris, dob 3-16-1996, disregard stop sign.
Melisa Silver, dob 2-13-1979, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Justin T. Taylor, dob 2-05-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
