The following police reports were filed between April 10 and April 16, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
LLoyd A. Hawes, dob 3-22-1951, harass witness/family member/rep.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Teresa S. Reynolds, dob 6-05-1977, criminal trespass to residence.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Ashley L. Bridgewater, dob 7-15-1986, driving under the influence of alcohol.
Trevor James Eugene Cox, dob 8-07-2004, driving under the influence of alcohol, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver, illegal stopping/standing/parking.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Brooklynn M. Witt, dob 2-08-2003, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Emily N. Eardley, dob 10-23-2008, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Shawn, Hedden, dob 1-12-1979, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Stephanie L. Oliver, dob 3-13-2001, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Gary D. Walker III, dob 11-19-2003, driving on a suspended license.
Jon D. Watson, dob 8-05-1971, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Kenneth O. Granger, dob 9-05-1999, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Shawn M. Holland, dob 5-16-2002, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Andrew M. Ogden, dob 4-03-1980, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
