The following police reports were filed between May 8 and May 14, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Jeffrey T. Haverfield, dob 12-26-1987, battery/cause bodily harm, criminal trespass remain on land.
Dekoda L. Matthews, dob 9-22-1998, driving on suspended license, unlawful possession of cannabis/driver, possession hypodermic/syringe/needles/1st, registration expiration/1st & 2nd, registration suspended/failure to purchase tax sticker.
Andrew J. Neal, dob 10-07-2005, consumption of liquor/minor.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Logan W. Czaia, dob 5-09-2005, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Dustin P. Cunningham, dob 8-29-1991, driving on a suspended license.
Klinton M. Roth, dob 3-16-1999, leaving the scene.
Tucker D. Hansberger, dob 6-03-2009, reckless driving, speeding 35+ mph over limit, graduated drivers license under the age of 18/more than one passenger under the age of 20, failure to reduce speed.
John E. Gray, dob 4-16-1963, driving on a revoked license.
Terrance B. Holterfield, dob 11-27-1949, speeding 35+ mph over license.
Dustin P. Cunningham, dob 8-29-1991, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Jeremiah J. Meza, dob 6-05-2000, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Dalton E. Feikert, dob 12-19-1994, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Nicholas S. Newell II, dob 1-18-2008, disregard stop sign.
Cody C. Crum, dob 1-11-1990, registration light/1st, 2nd.
Sharon M Harmon, dob 9-20-1987, unlicensed, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Ronald D. Layton, dob 7-03-1961, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Katrina D. Swinson, dob 3-22-1988, driving 21-25mph above limit.
Chelsea D. Smith, dob 5-26-1997, permit unauthorized person to drive.
Anthony M. Glunt, dob 8-03-2005, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Meadow B. Hawkins, dob 9-21-2002, display registration plate/decal/1st, 2nd.
Jeffrey M. Walters, dob 11-27-1974, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Autumn S. Harszy, dob 5-06-1996, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Dakota W. Shaner, dob 1-03-1988, driving 15-20 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
David K. Grider, dob 6-30-1959, unlicensed, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
